30-Day Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original packaging and contents
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components
- Special-order items
- Clearance or closeout items
- Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at CarolinaOutdoorParts@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- We can provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Customers may also choose to use their own shipping method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
